More than 250 residents, families, and community partners joined BHA’s Easter celebration, presented by Hotwire Communications. The morning gave neighbors a chance to meet, play, and enjoy a shared community tradition.
A morning designed for families
Children moved between Easter-themed craft stations, egg decorating, musical storytime, face painting, and balloon art. Guests enjoyed coffee and drinks from Holy Ground Coffee, croqueta bites, and a visit from La Vaca Lola of Chick-fil-A.
Surprises and shared moments
Giveaways included a Four Seasons staycation, surprise golden eggs, and other prizes. The celebration’s lasting value was the chance for families and neighbors to spend time together in a welcoming setting.
More family gatherings for Brickell
Commissioner Rolando Escalona expressed support for expanding family-friendly events on a quarterly basis. BHA also noted efforts to revitalize Tibor and Sheila Hollo Park as part of creating more places for families to gather and play.
